Both Edward and Amber mentioned that any physical exercise is beneficial for your mind and how your body and mind are connected. Meditation and yoga are perfect examples of what you should do to keep your body healthy.

Let's Talk About: SKIN & HAIR.

Amber says that skin and hair health starts with what you eat. You need key nutrients to obtain healthy skin and hair. She mentions that a balanced diet with carbs, proteins, and healthy fats. You want to think about nutritional food and balance. Vitamins through your food is a perfect way to get them without taking supplements. Vitamin C supports structure and collagen while reducing free radicals. Vitamin C can be found in broccoli, sweet potatoes, and green peppers. Vitamin E is great for repairing the skin. To obtain more Vitamin E, you can eat nuts and seeds. Walnuts are a great source of Vitamin E while also suppling omega which is great for the brain, skin and hair. An iron deficiency has been known for hair loss so having iron based foods like lentils, broccoli, and eggs would be beneficial. You also want to be eating those Vitamin C foods because Vitamin C helps with the absorption of Iron to increase oxygen to the hair to promote hair growth.

Edwards brings up a fantastic point of "intuitive eating". Understanding, and listening to what your body needs. Your body knows what it needs and listening to it can give your body the nutrients it's craving. Everything is connected, as Edward states "what you say, you manifest."
