A Message To Our Staff

As you may have already heard, all Warren Tricomi salons are now closed until further notice. Our front desk will continue to operate during regular business hours for all locationsto accommodate client inquiries.

We would like to thank youfor your continued support and loyalty, especially through these challenging times. Our thoughts are with you and your loved ones. 

We will keep you updated and let you know if anything changes. This is a constantly developing situation and we are doing the best we can to take care of our staff and our clients. 

We are holding 3 company-wide conference calls next Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm.

Take this time to stay home, read a personal development book, do some yoga, watch a movie, drink some tea, and try to RELAX AND TAKE CARE OF YOU!  

As hard as that sounds right now, that is the best thing we can do for ourselves and for others - take care now so we can be prepared in the coming weeks!

#1 - Take a moment to sign this petition in support of a Federal Aid Package for our industry:

 It's difficult to see our industry in crisis. We get up every day and give 100% to our clients, our employees and our employers. We don't take time off even when we are sick and need to rest. We work well into the night on weekends and holidays. Our industry deserves better. Even before this crisis, Warren Tricomi was working hard towards changing this reality for our employees. Now, more than ever, it is important for us to stand up for ourselves and fight for what we deserve.We have plans to continue this fight in the future but for now, please join the fight by signing the petition below:


 #2 - Double down on your education and your skills, be the best when the dust settles. 

 There is SO much you can do here. Pull out the ol’ mannequin and practice some techniques or even get your hands on some education and learn something new. Start by reading a book or go on YouTube - there are endless videos that can teach you about the latest hair trends, how to market yourself as a stylist and build your personal brand, how to give the best client consultations, how to prebook your clients and keep them coming back... RETENTION is going to be something we will be doubling down on in the coming months as this has been the lowest metric for us across the board. We will have to work together as a team to get new clients through the door AND boost our retention rate.

WHY is sharpening your skills important? 

You need to be on your top game so you are the most attractive option when doors re-open, and not just with your services either. Your mindset, business, marketing & sales skills should be right behind being a master of your craft.You have to be able to fill your books whenever you want, and that’s about to be more important than ever especially when we re-open our doors.

 #3 - Get VERY clear on your goals and numbers for the future 

Those who fail to plan, plan to fail. Ever heard that one? Well, it’s true and all of us need to be thinking ahead and determine exactly where we want to go with our career and business. 

Once you’re back and operating you should have answers to questions like these: 

How many hours do I want to work/need to work? 

What are my best producing services?
What revenue goal do I need to be meeting each week?
If I’m responsible for a team, what are the numbers that each individual needs to hit?
What are some services or promotions we can do to accelerate business to make up for lost time?How many clients do we need to be servicing each week, and what services should we focus on?

Grab a pen and paper and really start digging deep into where you want to go.

Our actions stem from our thoughts, and our mind is like a GPS. 

You don’t type in “coffee shop”, you type in “Starbucks”... be specific. 

We will go in the direction of whatever we are thinking about. 

The more clear you are on your goals the more likely it is that you hit them. 

Remember, your time is as valuable as you make it.  

If you aren’t directly servicing clients at this time it doesn’t mean your time isn’t valuable.

Over the next few weeks we have 2 different choices to make:

1.  We sit and wait, and we hope things workout 

2.  We go all in and take as much action as possible 

Here at Warren Tricomi, beauty is our creative obsession. 

NOTHING IN THE WORLD is going to stop us from being #1. 

This is a test and we will pass with flying colors. 

Now is the time to DIG DEEP, REFLECT, and PREPARE for a better future.
